2. Data we collect

We apply the data minimization principle: we only collect what is strictly necessary.

  • Contact form — name, email address, company (optional), message content.
  • Anti-spam technical log — IP address, timestamp and send result. Retained for 30 days maximum, solely to detect abuse.

We use no third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, no tracking CDN).

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your contact request — legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (GDPR art. 6-1-b) and your consent at the time of form submission (Law 25).
  • Abuse prevention (anti-spam) — legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6-1-f).
  • Storing your language preference — legal basis: legitimate interest, strictly necessary cookie for the site to function correctly.

4. Retention periods

  • Contact-form messages and related exchanges: 3 years after the last contact, then deletion.
  • Anti-spam log: 30 days, automatic rotation.
  • yv17_lang cookie: 1 year, deletable at any time via your browser.
